This can be used both indoor and outdoors to control ants.
This is a PROTEIN-Based bait. Basically ants have taste preferences. Some ants prefer sugar based product and some ants prefer protein based food. It's generally a good idea to use both protein based bait and sugar based ants to eliminate ant problems.
This will eliminate the following ants but not limited to:
Acrobat, Argentine, Bigheaded, Carpenter, Crazy, Field, Fire, Harvester, Little Black, Pavement, Pharaoh, Odorous House and Thief Ants.
The best way to use this product INDOORS is to place the bait in areas where you see ant traffic. Ants usually come through voids / cracks so make sure you put bait in those area. It's important to note that you cannot spray any kind of repellent insecticide on and near the bait. Ants can detect it and will not go to the bait.
For outdoors, spray it .4 ounce per 1,000 square feet (usually this is used as a general broadcast application). If you're going to use it on top of the ant mound, use about 2 ounce per mound.
